Ava Fazzino

FIREBEAT INSTRUCTOR

Ava Fazzino began her movement journey as a competitive dancer at age 6 with a strong foundation in ballet, developing discipline and consistency. That passion naturally evolved into a deeper commitment to fitness, including the completion of almost 1000 fire beat classes in just 2 and a half years.

She is currently a nursing & biology double major on a premed track & works in the pediatric unit at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Bringing both personal experience and a growing scientific perspective in her approach to wellness she believes physical health is a key part of overall well-being & supports not only strength and performance, but confidence and resilience.

Her goal is to help others build, strong, balanced bodies while creating a sustainable and positive relationship with movement
