MEGABEAT INSTRUCTOR

Cassidy joined POE in 2021 after moving back from California, where she was immersed in a strong culture of health, wellness, and movement. She started at the front desk while training under owner Liz to become a Firebeat instructor, later transitioning into teaching Megabeat while continuing her 9–5 career in interior design

She believes the best classes come down to the details, from intentional programming to the perfect upbeat playlist. Her goal is simple: every class should feel challenging, effective, and a little different than the last.

Cassidy lives in Monmouth Beach, where she spends most of her time outside the studio at the beach, if she’s not teaching or taking classes.
