POE Studio and Arctic Fire are catching the swell and hope you will join.

Liz Sheridan owner of POE studio and head Firebeat instructor and Regan McCabe and Tommy Ihnken (professional surfer & experienced surf instructor) of Arctic Fire are joining two forces that will offer and give you all an opportunity to spend 5 days in Nosara, Costa Rica, to Firebeat and Surf every day. 

This trip will entail 4 days of working out and surfing! BUT also tons of time for fun in the sun with endless opportunities to swim, experience a waterfall hike, hang by the pool, relax with massages, or go wild with ziplining and ATVs!

New! Firebeat instructor, Carly LaManna, will also be joining the retreat for additional chances to sweat it out!

Firebeat classes will be taught by instructors, Liz Sheridan and Carly LaManna. Surf instruction will be taught by Tommy Ihnken.

Our retreat welcomes all levels/beginners for both SURFING and FIREBEAT.

RETREAT COSTS

Retreat includes: accommodations, daily breakfast, coffee, teas, juices, post-class brunch/lunch, dinner (except one off-site dinner so you can explore the cuisine outside the resort), all Firebeat and surf classes, a bike to wander & explore about the town. Taxes and gratuities.

*Does not include: flight, transportation, alcoholic beverages, and one off-site dinner.

PAYMENT

Deposit of $500 is due upon reservation through Zelle or Venmo.

Remainder of payment is due by Wednesday, October 5th, 2022.

All transactions are non-refundable.

Some transactions are transferable and discussed by case to ensure fairness for both parties. As per resort policy: cancellation with more than 21 days prior to your start date will be charged two nights. Any cancellation with less than 21 days to your start date will not be refunded. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

TRANSPORTATION

Fly into Liberia airport and either: take a car, shuttle, or take the SANSA air jumper to Nosara

OR

Fly into San Jose airport and take the SANSA air jumper plane to Nosara
