Kate has always lived an active, high-energy lifestyle. Growing up as a competitive athlete, she developed a lifelong love for movement!

After years in NYC—balancing her marketing career with frequent travel—she experienced some of the top fitness studios along the way. When she returned to New Jersey, she found her home at POE as an OG member, later working with Liz on the Megabeat studio.

Now a certified instructor, Kate is known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and infectious energy. She brings high vibes, killer playlists, and a signature spice to every class.

When she’s not behind her computer, you can find her getting her steps in, on the mic at Megabeat, or staying active any way she can.
