YOGA INSTRUCTOR

A lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast, my own yoga practice began as a means to heal old injuries. With consistency, I found it also protected me from new ones. Since my first certification in 2013, I’ve advocated yoga for athletic recovery, and have since become a certified pilates instructor and certified strength and conditioning specialist. With a heavy focus on anatomy, alignment and functional movement principles, my classes weave the wisdom of all of these modalities to teach students how to connect to the most valuable wisdom of all, that of their own bodies.

I teach vinyasa and hot 26 practices in studio, as well as yoga for athletic recovery with area high school, college and professional athletes.
