Here are POE (Peace on Earth), we offer something for everyone. Choose from heated classes held in our state-of-the-art infrared studio: FIREBEAT, our signature sculpting class, or HOT POWER YOGA taught by the area’s leading instructors. Also be sure to check out (non-heated) danceFLOORED™, the signature/addicting cardio dance class from choreographer Tootsie Olan.

POE Fair Haven values each and every one of our clients and we greatly appreciate your patronage. We do our best to provide clients with top-of-the-line classes in a clean safe environment with some of the best instructors in the metropolitan area.
The studio temperature is set from 80-104 degrees depending on which class is in session.
It is the responsibility of the Studio Manager to have the correct temperature set as well as air out the studio after each class. Please note that only POE Fair Haven staff is allowed to adjust heat, humidity, and fans. Should anyone have an issue with the temperature, please see the instructor so they can rectify the situation as quickly as possible. If necessary, clients are allowed to open a window.
Please do not bring cell phones into the studio. Our front desk is more than happy to assist you in cases where you may be waiting for an important call.
Please try to arrive at the studio at least 10 mins before class begins. We request our clients to be as quiet as possible while in the waiting room, especially if another class is going on. Our instructors will be in the studio to assist or answer any questions you may have. Questions and/or concerns that need to be addressed immediately may be directed to the studio manager or Karma Yogi at the front desk.
Clients are not permitted to arrive more than 5 minutes late. Open spots will be given to waitlist clients (if any) at that point. The front door may also be locked to avoid any disruption during practice. So please note: “To arrive early is to be on time. To arrive on time is to be late. To be late is to have missed the show!” - Hedy Perna.
If you must cancel your reservation, please do so by giving a call (732-268-8350) or email (info@poefh.com). We have a 12-hour cancellation policy, however, common courtesy is never overlooked! Giving a call or email can help you avoid the late cancel fee ($25).
We truly want the time you spend at POE Fair Haven to be a wonderful experience both physically and mentally. We are dedicated to assure that happens.
